Once upon a time there was a girl and her dogs ....
How it began ....
COOL DAWGZ was created in my tiny little kitchen and began when my own dog, Archie, was having some issues with his skin. I researched all the different ingredients that those "other guys" were putting in their treats.
They add all kinds of preservatives and unknown chemicals, so that their product can sit on a shelf
or in a warehouse for a long period of time.
That CAN'T be good for our fur friends.
So... being a baker myself, I thought,
"Hey I can make a healthier cookie on my own"
and from that moment, I dedicated all my efforts
into making an all natural cookie treat with zero preservatives. I use all natural ingredients, sourced from Canada (eh?) and put all that goodness into
each and every flavour I create. Baked in small
batches for ultimate freshness and shipped to anywhere in Canada.

COOL DAWGZ started with very humble beginnings.
Here are a few of the coolest dogs I know that helped launch us in the very beginning.
Good Boy Beau
Beautiful Beau came to his owner as a recue and has been a loyal companion ever since.
Beau was my very first customer, so he holds a very special place in my heart.
Good Boy Cooper
Cooper is the kindest, goodest boy. He lives his best life at the lake, doing his favorite things like swimming & boating. He loves all the people he meets and often brings you a "gift" usually a toy, when he has visitors.

Good Girl Kiya
This young lady is very protective of her hoomans and barks at anything that sounds like trouble. Kiya also lost her sister recently, so extra hugs went in her treat box.
Good Boy Finlee
Finlee here is the quintessential "furbaby" to his owners. They have no human children, so Finlee gets spoiled with the very best treats.
Local Good Boys
Max & Nugget are brothers from another mother. They are both distinguished older gents who enjoy belly rubs and loooong lazy naps. Sounds like a pretty good life to me.

When I say "homemade" I really mean it. Made exclusively by me, by hand in my very own kitchen
and taste tested on my own two fur-babies Archie & Mia.

The TOP DOG
Quite simply.... I love dogs. I have owned dogs my entire life. I'm the type of gal to smile at a dog that walks past me. And I will always greet them "Well hello there...what's your name" and strike up a conversation with said dog, expecting them to chat back with me.
Or maybe I'm just a weirdo that way. Every dog I meet becomes my friend and I treat them like family.

The Official Taste Testers
Archie on the right and his daughter Mia, are super high energy Jack Russell Terriers. They are avid hunters and will chase down any critter that dares to visit our backyard. When they are not playing, they like to follow me around the house, just in case I happen to have a yummy treat in my pocket.
